The company is headed by the well-known musician, producer and promoter Dmitriy Zakon, with roots in the former USSR. Before moving to Germany in 1990, Dmitriy worked as a musician and co-producer with many Russian star artists and groups: "Leisya, Pesnya", "Shestero Molodykh", "Dialog", Yuri Antonov, Alla Pugacheva, and Vladimir Vysotsky. He also worked at Igor Krutoy's ARS company and was one of the founders of SAV Entertainment at Alla Pugacheva's Theater.
